RECRUITMENT I INDUSTRIAL SITE ENGINEER

• Position: Site Engineer (Civil/Structural Construction)

• Work Location: Project-based 

• Job Type: Full-time / Project-based

Key Responsibilities:

• • Site Supervision: Directly manage and supervise sub-contractors/site teams to ensure execution complies strictly with technical drawings.

  • Schedule Management: Closely monitor master plans and expedite daily tasks to ensure project delivery meets committed deadlines.

  • Quality & Safety Control: Perform incoming material inspections, verify construction quality, and ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.

  • Project Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, prepare payment/settlement dossiers, quantity take-offs (QS), and as-built drawings.

  • Problem solving: Lead the resolution of technical issues on-site and deliver periodic reports to Project Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• At least 01 years of hands-on site supervision experience in industrial factory / warehouse projects.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings; skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.

• Preferred who has Site Supervision Certificate; strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

• High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel to project sites.
